About me
Project management with method and with people.
I'm a Project Manager at Xentris LLC, based in Barranquilla. My job is simple to name and hard to do well: getting projects delivered, with the right scope, on the agreed timeline, and with a team that wants to do it again.
I trained in agile methodologies and emerging technologies with IBM SkillsBuild, and I apply that framework every day: short iterations, clear priorities and data-driven decisions, not guesswork.
